Unfortunately we are unable to sell individual tickets; they must be purchased as part of the theatre break package. 

ALL of our theatre seats are top priced in either the stalls or the dress circle. These are thought to be the best seats in the auditorium. Tickets purchased in the same booking will be next to each other. 

ALL of the tickets on sale within our packages are bought from London based Encore Tickets. Encore is fully registered and compliant with the Society of Ticket Agents and Retailers (STAR). We can ensure that you are sitting in the best seats at the show of your choice. 

Once your booking is complete your tickets will be dispatched immediately. Your internet booking confirmation must be printed off and kept in a safe place. Using your booking confirmation form you can collect your tickets from the theatre box office at your show within 1 hour of the show start time. Your internet booking confirmation will be exchanged for your tickets at the box office. 

Breakfast is included in ALL our theatre breaks packages. Please check with your hotel directly as to whether it will be a Continental or a Full English breakfast. 

London theatres have varying levels of disabled facilities, all of our hotels have disable access. Please contact us to confirm the above information; we endeavour to find a theatre break that matches your needs. 

As our tickets are reserved in pairs we do not currently offer family theatre packages. However you are able to book up to 2 hotel rooms (4 tickets) in the same booking. If you are looking to make a larger group booking then please contact us on to ensure your theatre seats and hotel rooms are placed together. Please note that most theatres do not admit children under the age of 5. 

Currently we only reserve the most popular shows which are performed in the evening; this is to ensure the utmost quality of performance. We do not offer matinee performance tickets or tickets for Sunday shows. 

Unfortunately you will be liable for a 100% cancellation and amendment charge once the booking is complete. This is because our tickets are issued with immediate effect of your booking and the fact that we are under a ‘non-returnable’ contract with the theatre we will be unable to refund or amend your booking. We will try and assist in all amendments such as changing the name on the ticket. Please be aware that this isn’t always possible so be sure your details and dates are correct before you commit to buying. 

Please contact your chosen hotel directly to confirm the available parking facilities. Parking costs are not included in your hotel stay. Please also note the London Congestion charges may apply if you are driving into Central London.

Theatre Breaks Discounts do appreciate that you may book a show to see a particular member of cast, however we cannot be held liable for any changes in the cast or any non-appearances on the night.

If you are booking less than 7 days prior to your theatre break then please contact us. Because of the high demands for our top seats we may not be able to secure a booking for you. We recommend that you book in advance of 7 days to avoid disappointment.
