These fascinating buses are not just funny looking vehicles, they are steeped in British history too.  DUKWs were built in America in the 1940's amd were used to transport troops at the D-day landing when over 21,000 were built! They then went on to shipping supplies from boats to land. Now London Duck Tours own 5 of these fantastic buses to show you the sites of London from a new perspective!

Starting at Chicheley Street behind the London Eye the tour travels around Westminster, past some of London's landmarks - Buckingham Palace and Downing Street before heading into the Thames at Vauxhall! From the river you can enjoy a leisurely cruise past sites such as The Houses of Parliament and Big Ben before returning to dry land to complete the trip.
